• NOISE has a strict no-refund policy. 
• Our Exchange policy is valid within 10 days From the date you have received the item. 
• If you wish to exchange your item(s) please email us at cs@noiseluxe.com
• Please note all exchanges are valid once ONLY and once an item is exchanged, another claim cannot be made against the same order number as it expires in the system. 
• Please note that all items must be tagged, unworn & in their original condition along With receipt. If any of these items is missing, An exchange would not be possible. 
• For Karachi Residents - After an exchange request is placed, The exchange will be done on spot for 250 redelivery. 
• For other cities i.e. Islamabad, Lahore, Multan etc. - the customer would have to send us back their item at their *own expense* & once we receive it, the exchange will be dispatched for 250 redelivery. 
• Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 
• Delivery charges cannot be reimbursed.
• No exchange/return for international orders.

REFUND POLICY

• All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
