- For Karachi Residents - After an exchange request is placed, The exchange will be done on spot for 250 redelivery.
- For other cities i.e. Islamabad, Lahore, Multan etc. - the customer would have to send us back their item at their *own expense* & once we receive it, the exchange will be dispatched for 250 redelivery.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Delivery charges cannot be reimbursed.
